2026 Peabody Awards Submissions: Interactive and Immersive
Submissions for the 87th Annual Peabody Awards open October 8th.
Please review key details and full guidelines below prior to submitting.
- Oct 8 – Submissions open
- Nov 19 – Early Bird Deadline
- Dec 8 – Regular Deadline
- Dec 15 – Extended Deadline (no additional extensions granted)
All projects must have been published/released between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 in order to be submitted for consideration.

- Interactive Journalism
- Narrative/Other
- Social Video
- VR
Locative media or physical installations, primarily text-based websites, audio-only projects in a language other than English. Projects produced for traditional media (television, radio/podcast, standalone web videos) should submit in our traditional categories here.
Access to the project must be provided via link(s) and/or access code(s). File uploads or physical media are not accepted for the interactive and immersive category.
