38 recipients of the 70th Annual Peabody Awards were presented with awards on May 23, 2011 at the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel in New York City. The winners were chosen by the Peabody board as the best in electronic media for the year 2010. Larry King emceed. Recipients included FX Productions, WNYC, WGCU, WFAA-TV, Huffington Post, Rezolution Pictures, HBO Sports, Science Channel, TeenNick, C-SPAN, Public Radio Exchange, True Vision, ESPN, Phoenix Satellite Television, and WTHR, among others. Winning shows included The Good Wife, 30 for 30, If God Is Willing and Da Creek Don’st Rise, Degrassi: The Next Generation, The Pacific, Radiolab, Men of a Certain Age, and Justified.
