For diving into the messy, human complexities of the past and recognizing the ways that faith can heal as well as hurt, When We All Get to Heaven is recognized with a Peabody Award.
In this exclusive Peabody Conversation, recorded backstage at the 86th Annual Peabody Awards, co-creators Lynne Gerber, Siri Colom, and Ariana Nedelman take us behind the scenes of When We All Get To Heaven, the Peabody-winning audio documentary from Slate that follows a group of LGBTQ Christians during the 1980s AIDS crisis as they work to make sense of their faith and sexual identity.
